Perfume of the Past and Future

Many people today want to have their own custom made perfume, but what do they really want? Mostly what they are looking for is a perfume like Chanel 5 or Opium a very successful perfume created in the past. Perfume is like music, people want music, new hits but why are so many rewritten songs from the past so popular. Of course there will always be a market for the new fragrances but don’t ever write off the old favourites. Just think back for a moment, perfumes like CK-One, Fire and Ice, Van der Bilt, Jean Paul Gaulthier and Red Door will always have a place in the market.

Today there are many perfume houses in France that have created and manufacture imitations of these wonderful sought after perfumes. Some of them are really just cheap imitations of the real thing but some manufacturers take great care in the development of these fragrances. The well-developed perfumes smell just like the real thing, are oil based and therefore last just as long but are sold at a fraction of the price.

I know many people who have tried these well-developed imitation brands of popular perfumes and none of them had any negative remarks about the brand. It is just a matter of finding the well-developed brands that you will be pleased with. There are so many other things in life where we can spend more of our hard earned cash on.
